Events must be open to the public, with or without admission fees. Historic Hudson River Towns reserves the right to reject any event that is considered inappropriate for any reason. Peter Frampton at the Paramount

After an overwhelming response from audiences nationwide, Peter Frampton will resume “Peter Frampton Raw, An Acoustic Tour” with a performance April 6 at the Paramount. Peter Frampton is one of the most celebrated artists and guitarists in rock history.  At 16, he was lead singer and guitarist for British band "The Herd".  At 18, he co-founded one of the first super groups, seminal rock act Humble Pie.  His session work includes collaborations with such legendary artists as George Harrison, Harry Nilsson, David Bowie, Jerry Lee Lewis, Ringo Starr, John Entwistle, and many others.  His fifth solo album, The Electrifying Frampton Comes Alive!, is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year and remains one of the top-selling live records of all time.

Join Krishna Das and friends for an evening of sacred kirtan music to benefit the Tibetan Home of Hope. Krishna Das is an American vocalist known for his performances of Hindu devotional music known as kirtan. Since 1996 he has released fourteen albums. He performed at the 2013 Grammy Awards, where his album, Live Ananda (2012), was nominated for the 2013 Grammy Award for Best New Age album. The benefit will support the Home of Hope which provides shelter, healthcare and education to Tibetan children; a safe haven where children thrive academically and are also able to connect to their culture within a loving community. Spring Blossoms Flower Show at Lyndhurst

Spring Blossoms Flower Show will run from April 8 to 9. Guests are invited to join an Classic Tour of Lyndhurst to learn about the history of the mansion and enjoy the floral displays. Tours are on the hour from 10 am to 4 pm. General Admission is also available to guests who would like to stroll through the mansion at their own pace to see the flowers. General admission for the Flower Show begins at 10:30 am and ends at 4 pm. If you’d like to join us for the Preview Party on April 7th, please purchase Preview Party Tickets. When Jay Gould and his children owned Lyndhurst, the mansion was constantly bedecked with flowers from the vast Lyndhurst greenhouses.

“Through the Window” Art Workshop In this hands-on workshop taught by artist Mary McFerran, participants will create fabric collage translations of the views through the windows of the Ossining Library. We will begin by making line sketches of a view from the windows then compose bold, abstract, stitched fabric renditions on 12X12 backings. Once mounted and finished these works of art will be displayed in the library. This workshop is free and all materials will be provided. Registration is required at 914-941-2416 ext. 327 or email
