Sing Sing Prison Museum

The creation of a Sing Sing Prison Museum on the banks of the Hudson in Ossining has long been talked about.  The concept is being revived among those who care about Sing Sing’s unique position in the history of the American penal system.  Others are interested in development of the museum because of its tremendous national and international potential as a significant tourist attraction for New York’s Hudson Valley. Find out how you can support this important project by donating

Locally, a great deal of work was accomplished on the project some years ago. A detailed concept plan and marketing study were done, but now require updating in order to move forward.  A volunteer group of interested citizens is taking the lead in raising funds to support the project.
