Organizations in Historic Hudson River Towns member communities are welcome to post events here free of charge. Events must be open to the public, with or without admission fees. Historic Hudson River Towns reserves the right to reject any event that is considered inappropriate for any reason. Please allow up to 24 hours after submission for event to be listed.

Midcentury Modern on the Hudson: Hastings and Dobbs Ferry Historic House Tour

Our bus tour will take you throughout the villages of Hastings, Dobbs Ferry, and Ardsley to see and learn about midcentury modern and modernist homes, highlighted with special interior stops along the way!
These quiet villages proved to be an enclave for early modernist and midcentury architecture. Their close proximity to Manhattan attracted dozens of modern-thinking homeowners to commission prominent architects such as George Nemeny, William Switzer, and Martin Lowenfish to design their homes. Join us to tour a great collection of these homes!
This is a one-time-only event, space is limited.
The bus start/stop location will be at Dobbs Ferry Historical Society, 12 Elm Street, Dobbs Ferry, NY. Street parking and municipal lot parking available next door.
