Organizations in Historic Hudson River Towns member communities are welcome to post events here free of charge. Events must be open to the public, with or without admission fees. Historic Hudson River Towns reserves the right to reject any event that is considered inappropriate for any reason. Please allow up to 24 hours after submission for event to be listed.

A Chorale Christmas

New for the holiday season at Lyndhurst is a holiday concert with the Putnam Chorale!
The Putnam Chorale’s Winter Ensemble will perform a 45-minute concert of holiday songs popular during the era of the construction of the great homes of the Hudson River. Lyndhurst Mansion, designed in 1838, would have been the site of many holiday celebrations, with guests entertained by carolers and musicians.
The repertoire of the Putnam Chorale’s Winter Ensemble program will inspire and entertain you with songs that are representative of the era and of the holiday season. Here’s a sampling of the songs you’ll hear:

Performances are in the Carriage House at Lyndhurst Mansion in Tarrytown.
