Join RoCA for a Concert & Lightshow with Kick Start Charlie in The Catherine Konner Sculpture Park on Saturday, September 9th at 7:00pm. Kick Start Charlie is an 8 piece Rock and Roll band that includes a 3 piece horn section. KSC is known for their high energy and visually entertaining performance, taking you to a place you love and remember.
The current KSC lineup includes Mitch Saul, on led vocals and percussion, Angelo Sapuppo on bass and vocals, Dave Silver on trombone, Mark Jenkins on drums, Maria Lazzar on sax and vocals, Mark Pastore on guitar and vocals, and Dave Arndt on trumpet.
Within one set KSC could go from a Blood, Sweat and Tears, Chicago or Rolling Stones song, right into a James Brown, David Bowie or Beatles tune. KSC will grab you with their music and hold you with their tasteful harmonies and execution.
The way Kick Start Charlie interacts with the crowd, by getting them involved to sing, dance and participate, ensures a great and memorable time for all those in attendance. Audiences of all ages gravitate to the music and style of KSC. Each of Kick Start Charlie’s seasoned members lends a high quality to the entire sound.
