In this workshop, we will use elements of physical theater as a tool to
improve communication and interpersonal relationships. Participants will
explore internal emotions as the springboard for artistic creation. To
share perspective and invoke empathy. Participants will learn various tools
of physical theatre as well as methods for connecting emotions and their
bodies. Through the workshop, 20 mins of live performance will be created.
