Historic Hudson River Towns reserves the right to reject any event that is considered inappropriate for any reason. Please allow up to 24 hours after submission for event to be listed.

Food Enthusiast Program: Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest with Chef Steve
Join us for our traditional OKTOBERFEST Food Enthusiast class!
In this class Chef Steve Brunner, a distinguished chef who has appeared on TV with Katie Couric and Rachel Ray, will demonstrate and teach the hands-on cooking methods of braising and sautéing, as well as using thickening agents for classical and Bavarian cooking. And, you’re invited to bring your own beer (BYO)!

Snacks are provided upon your arrival and you get to take the food you make home with you.
The cost is $70 per person.
