Harvey Fierstein, four-time Tony Award-winning actor, playwright and screenwriter comes to Nyack to talk about his life and work. The star of Hairspray, Mrs. Doubtfire and Independence Day, and the author of Torch Song Trilogy, La Cage Aux Folles, Kinky Boots, Casa Valentina and Newsies shares stories from his new memoir, I Was Better Last Night. His book, including a signed bookplate, will be available for sale.
Elliott Forrest is a Peabody Award-winning WQXR broadcaster and producer and the Executive Artistic Director of ArtsRock.
